摘要

采用热压法制备了钙改性钛酸铅陶瓷粉与聚醚醚酮高性能聚合物基体的膜状复合材料。利用超声浸泡技术和压电光谱分别测定了复合材料的声学和机电性能。将体积%为60-40的PTCa/PEEK复合膜作为声发射探测器进行了测试。初步结果表明,压电复合材料可作为评价材料性能的传感器。
