摘要

在现实生活中,不确定性的表现形式多种多样。不确定性的研究和处理是当前许多学科面临的一个重要问题,也是必须解决的问题。在众多的方法中,灰色系统理论和集对分析是近年来发展起来的,在许多领域得到了广泛的应用。本文利用灰色系统理论对集对分析预测中存在的信息不足问题进行了处理。本文的创新点在于:1)提出了一种熵变换方法;2)提出了一种基于模糊集值统计的白化方法;3)改进AGO方法,提供一种增量累积生成操作。将该方法应用于人力资源绩效预测,取得了良好的效果。
