Data analysis method which used in this research is multiple linearregression. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在了解品牌认知、消费者满意度和消费者信任对班达亚齐地区萤火虫航空公司机票再购买的影响。本研究选取了99名在班达亚齐重新购买萤火虫机票的受访者。这项研究是在班达亚齐的苏丹伊斯坎达穆达机场进行的。本研究采用的数据分析方法是多元线性回归。研究结果表明,品牌意识、消费者满意度和消费者品牌信任对班达亚齐地区的萤火虫机票再购买有显著影响。在未来,预计在班达亚齐的萤火虫机票的再购买应该能够保持他们的品牌知名度,消费者满意度和消费者对品牌的信任,并改善其他因素,能够创造消费者的同意,使消费者想要推荐给其他人。关键词:品牌意识,消费者对品牌的信任,消费者满意度,再购买
