摘要

-本观察旨在通过工作满意度分析情绪智力对工作绩效的影响。对私立医院251份样本实施监测。收集的数据采用SPSS和SEM-Lisrel进行分析，验证假设。结果表明，情绪智力对工作绩效和工作满意度具有显著的正向影响，工作满意度对工作绩效具有显著的正向影响，员工工作满意度在情绪智力和员工绩效之间具有中介作用。这一观察的实际实施表明，企业可以通过情商在企业战略的基础上实施提升工作绩效的战略。
