摘要

兰科植物(Orchis muscula L.)是伊朗一种具有观赏、药用价值的本土濒危植物。在本研究中,采用植物组织培养的方法来繁殖这种有价值的植物。在离体器官发生方面,先对原球茎外植体进行表面灭菌,然后以OrchiMax (OM)培养基为基础,单独或联合添加不同浓度的植物生长调节剂,在不同的茎和根诱导培养基上进行培养。结果表明,原球茎外植体在含2 mgL -1 BAP和0.5 mgL -1 NAA的培养基上生根率最高(100%),1 mgL -1 IAA处理的生根率最高(80%)。
