Novel stacked CMOS image sensor with advanced Cu2Cu hybrid bonding
We have successfully mass-produced novel stacked back-illuminated CMOS image sensors (BI-CIS). In the new CIS, we introduced advanced Cu2Cu hybrid bonding that we had developed.
