Ability to imitate the properties and behavior of such object is also important for designing of measurement procedures. Modeling is a useful tool in explaining the fundamental processes, which are frequently unavailable for direct and non-destructive quantifying, and supports validation of measurement scheme. Practical methodology of model creation for the complex system was reported in the paper for example of respiratory mechanics assessed during a short-term airflow interruption. The source code of the batch files replaced in software dedicated to the electrical circuit analysis (PSpice and MicroCap) is generated in this attempt using original Matlab function. Designed procedure enables creation of aggregated or more or less distributed electrical equivalents of respiratory systems, including profiling the values of local properties according to the non-homogeneous rules observed in pathological states.
