CA.CEM.Bas. is a georeferenced database, which contains a structured set of technical, logistical and administrative information regarding the RF and low-frequency sources installed in Basilicata territory and can be easily consulted and updated via the web. The Regional Cadaster was developed in compliance with a decree of the Italian Ministry of the Environment and the protection of territory and sea, which set up the National Electromagnetic Cadaster.
