Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially work experience has a significant positive effect on work performance with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work performance with a value sig 0,000 <0.05. The results of the study simultaneously work experience, work discipline, and job satisfaction on job satisfaction with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and F count of 62.708> 2.779 (F table). 摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作经验、工作纪律和工作满意度对工作绩效的影响。该研究于2021年在日惹的Serayu河Opak河流域进行。本研究是一项定量研究,共有56名受访者,抽样技术为简单随机抽样技术。数据收集技术通过访谈和问卷调查的方式进行。使用的分析技术是多元线性回归分析。结果显示,部分工作经验对工作绩效有显著的正向影响,sig值为0.000 2.779 (F表)。工作经验、工作纪律和工作满意度对工作绩效的影响通过调整后的R方值表示为77.1%,其余22.9%受到本研究未检查的其他变量的影响。
