Here a new methodology is proposed for finding real-time updated system matrices using the Woodbury formula. This paper gives information about the identification of power line outages in AC load flow using PMUs. Pre-outage and Post-outage time required by PMUs to detect the line outages in different IEEE bus systems are compared.
