This analysis using independent variables WFH (work from home), work environment, job satisfaction, and work motivation. The dependent variable is job performance. Samples in this study were the college students who ever or currently working with working from home system in Batam city. This study used a sample method of Stratified Disproportionate Random Sampling with total sample of 150 respondents. This is a quantitative study that distributes data and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study was analyzed using regression using SPSS software. The three supporting factors, work environment, job satisfaction, and job motivation affect the job performance in Batam city. This study proves that work motivation and job satisfaction have positive influence on job performance. 摘要

本研究旨在从受访者中获得关于在家工作对员工工作绩效影响的实证证据。本分析使用独立变量WFH(在家工作)、工作环境、工作满意度和工作动机。因变量是工作绩效。本研究的样本为曾经或目前在巴淡市从事在家办公系统工作的大学生。本研究采用分层不成比例随机抽样的抽样方法,共抽样150人。这是一项定量研究,分发数据和问卷。本研究的数据分析采用SPSS软件进行回归分析。巴淡市的工作环境、工作满意度和工作动机三个支持因素影响着工作绩效。本研究证明工作动机和工作满意度对工作绩效有正向影响。从研究结果来看,我们希望本研究能够为政府或企业是否需要继续实施在家办公制度提供有益的知识和思考。
