This study uses a quantitative approach, with survey research methods. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo Regency. The number of sampling in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes in integrated social studies subjects for class VIII at SMP Negeri 7 Telaga Biru, Gorontalo Regency. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定教师表现对Gorontalo Regency的SMP Negeri 7 Telaga Biru八年级综合社会研究科目的学生学习成果的影响。本研究采用定量研究方法，采用调查研究方法。使用的数据是通过向Gorontalo Regency的SMP Negeri 7 Telaga Biru的八年级学生分发问卷获得的原始数据。本次研究的抽样人数为80人。数据分析技术采用简单的线性回归。结果表明，教师的表现对高伦塔洛县内格里7 -特拉加比鲁中学八年级学生综合社会研究科目的学习结果有影响。教师绩效对学生学习成果的影响幅度达到48.8%，其余51.2%受到未检测变量的影响。
