The manual system of bottle filling cannot be applied in modern industries with bulk filling requirements as the process can consume considerable time and may causing spilling or wastage of the products. Consistency in filling of the bottles can also be yet another issue rising out of the manual bottle filling processes. The Automatic systems provide a viable solution to overcome the drawback of manual Systems. But, the existing Automatic Liquid Bottle Filling (LBF) systems are unable to fill multiple liquids using single system. The peculiar feature of proposed automatic system is that, multiple liquids can be filled using single system.
