Although China’s entrepreneurial education in the past ten years has achieved certain results, the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurship is still not satisfactory. Although in recent years, there are more logistics graduate students in various higher vocational colleges, it is still difficult to meet the logistics enterprises’ demand for logistics talents. We Can combine entrepreneurship education with higher vocational education. Uniting “employment education” with “entrepreneurial education”, “employment skills” and “entrepreneurial skills” can better cope with the new challenges facing higher vocational education. Based on this, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of logistics talents quality in Higher Vocational colleges, and on this basis, uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate logistics talents in Higher Vocational colleges.
