On the basis of use of general scientific ways of systematization and group of data, comparisons, logiko-analytical assessment of parameters are defined purposes and the directions of development of personnel capacity of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, an assessment of a role of regional higher education institution in activization of processes of creation and modernization of high-performance jobs is given.
