The efficiency of CAD system in many ways depends on optimality of resource allocation. So, we researched and analyzed this problem and formulated its mathematic model. To allocate resources in CAD systems we used a simulation modeling and Petri net model. The information model is based on IDEF0 that shows information processes in the system. This paper presents a software which allows to carry out a set of experiments on benchmarks.
