摘要

新冠肺炎疫情导致网上买卖活动增多。电子商务充满了风险,特别是因为消费者有义务提前付款,而他们无法看到所订购商品的状况或质量。·随着线上线下商事纠纷的出现,以及技术的日益成熟,商事纠纷的解决有望实现线上解决。本研究的目的是分析Covid-19大流行期间通过在线仲裁解决在线买卖交易法律纠纷的情况。使用的研究方法是规范司法方法,这是一种方法,旨在分析通过在线仲裁进行的争议解决,然后将其与法律法规的规定联系起来。进行网上仲裁的过程是利用互联网作为媒体。交流的空间更像是一个基于实时视听流的聊天室。通过应用程序进行通信,各方可以通过该平台传达他们的数据、事实、信息或响应。针对与订单不符的“网上买卖交易”的“法律制裁”由“一般规则”(Lex Generalis)和“特殊规则”(Lex Specialist)规定。关键词:“电子商务”;“新冠病毒”;“在线仲裁”;
