The population in this study is all employees in the office Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara as many as 53 people at the same times as respondents ( census method). Data collected by using Questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The study showed that the motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at the Badan Penelitian danPengembangan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定动机对员工绩效的影响在巴丹Penelitian丹彭彭邦省苏拉威西登加拉。本研究的人口是苏拉威西省丹彭彭邦省巴丹Penelitian办公室的所有雇员,最多有53人同时作为调查对象(人口普查法)。通过问卷调查收集数据。数据分析采用简单的线性回归分析。本研究显示,动机对峇丹Penelitian danPengembangan省峇丹Penelitian的员工绩效有显著影响。工作动机对员工绩效影响的大小可以从决定系数(r2) = 0.885在88.50%看出,这意味着员工在办公室的绩效在巴丹Penelitian dan Pengembangan省Sulawesi Tenggara 88.50%由动机决定,其余11.50%由其他变量或超出研究模型决定
