Evaluasi Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja di Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang

The government has established AFHS to address the problem of adolescents but there continues to be an increase in problems in adolescents. The initial survey showed that no evaluation of the AFHS program had been conducted, so it was not known the percentage of success achievements in the AFHS program. Andalas Health Center is a health center that has the largest number of teenagers in Padang City. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Adolescent Friendly Health Services (AFHS) program at Andalas Health Center in 2021.This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The selection of informants using the Purposive Sampling be technique amounted to 14 people. Data collection is done with in-depth interviews, FGD and document review. Processing and analyzing data using source triangulation and triangulation techniques with a system approach.The results of AFHS on the input component, there are already policies governing AFHS, human resources are sufficient, existing funds are sufficient, facilities such as AFHS special space do not yet exist and the methods used are in accordance with sops. Based on the process component, the planning and organizing section is in accordance with the guidelines of the implementation and supervision section has not been implemented thoroughly. Based on the output component, the AFHS program has not reached the target in National Standard of AFHS because there are activities that have not been carried out during the pandemic. It can be concluded that the implementation of AFHS has not gone well because many activities are not carried out. It is hoped that in the future Health Center can increase cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
