In the process of the engineering to the implementation of enterprise reverse logistics, we must grasp its essence, carry on the analysis and the design based on this foundation, so it can guarantee the reverse logistics system running highly effectively and accurately. This paper presents solutions to closed-loop network designing based on the traditional designing for logistics facility location and capacity allocation model and combined with characteristics of reverse logistics. An optimization model is replied on linear programming and the objective is to minimize the sum of investment and operation costs of logistics facilities as well as transportation and environment protection costs of returned products among the facilities. 摘要

随着人们对产品质量的重视和环保意识的增强,逆向物流开始引起人们的不断关注。越来越多的学者对逆向物流的起源、概念、分类进行研究。目前已有一些关于逆向物流的研究,但这些研究仅局限于理论层面,对实际应用的研究较少。在对企业逆向物流实施工程化的过程中,必须把握其本质,在此基础上进行分析和设计,才能保证逆向物流系统高效、准确地运行。本文在传统物流设施选址和容量分配模型设计的基础上,结合逆向物流的特点,提出了闭环网络设计的解决方案。在线性规划的基础上建立优化模型,目标是使物流设施的投资和运营成本之和以及设施间退货的运输和环保成本之和最小。为说明利用该模型进行网络设施选址和容量分配的方法,给出了一个算例。
