Readiness of Preservice Teachers in Online Learning through Project-Based Learning
Online learning is one of the learning alternatives used during the pandemic. After more than a year through the pandemic period, not all learning elements adapt well to online learning. Challenges and problems are still often found in the implementation of online learning. This article will review the readiness of prospective elementary school teachers in online learning after following the mentoring process based on project-based learning. The study results using a paired sample t-test showed that project-based learning had a significant influence on the readiness of prospective teachers in online learning. Based on the Effect Size test, it is also proven that project-based learning has a strong effect on the readiness of prospective teachers in online learning. This readiness needs to be followed by a continuous learning development process to optimize online learning in schools.
