摘要

本文将GIS技术与河流水质监测相结合,设计了智能水环境监测与灾害预警系统。所设计的系统不仅可以为水环境监测提供网络发布服务,还可以根据水中一些重要参数的变化向用户提示发生水害的可能性,实现提前预警。从而使监测系统更加智能化,避免水害的发生。
