STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS GURU DI SMP SWASTA PRAMA ARTHA KAB. SIMALUNGUN

- Strategy is something that every school principal must have in suspending their programs. This study aims to see clearly, what and how the principal's strategy in an effort to improve the quality of teachers at SMP Swasta Prama Artha Kab. Simalungun. This study aims to see clearly, what and how the principal's strategy in an effort to improve the quality of teachers at SMP Swasta Prama Artha Kab. Simalungun. This study used qualitative research methods, by conducting direct observation to schools, conducting interviews with school principals, teachers, and collect documents related to efforts or policies made by the principal in improving the quality of teachers at SMP Swasta Prama Artha Kab. Simalunggun. The results of this study show that the principal conducts training, education on adjustments from the K-13 curriculum to the independent curriculum, conducts classroom supervision, provides training to teachers in empowering IT, and educates teachers using the independent curriculum platform.
