摘要

将行业生产实践与CFD(计算流体力学)数值模拟技术相结合,对国外10000t/d(吨/天)水泥回转窑风机冷却效果进行了研究。对国内某10000t/d水泥生产现场数据进行了采集和研究,为风机降温效果的数值模拟提供了重要数据。然后针对国外10000t/d水泥生产线的工作环境条件,考虑自然对流和辐射热损失,对其回转窑的风机冷却效果进行了数值模拟。最后,根据仿真结果,得出风机冷却效果良好,足以使国外回转窑在其环境条件下安全运行的结论。
