摘要

在温州“10万大学生留温州回温州创业就业工程”的背景下,项目组结合三班指导创业就业,探索了一条促进区域经济发展的有效途径。项目成员以班级为实施对象,将温州企业、温州文化、温州故事、温州精神融入一、二、三节课,时刻关爱学生,让他们感受到温暖,了解温州,热爱温州,增强对温州的自豪感、归属感和获得感,依托政府和学校机制,做好毕业生在温州就业创业工作;让他们把温州“带回家”,为当地经济发展做贡献。团队成员将在不同年级开展不同主题的班会、各种教育活动和校内外实践活动,以提高学生的就业和创业能力。这三节课为其他高职院校教师的实施提供了经典案例。
