Using MATLAB/Simulink, through adjusting initialization pressure and volume of accumulator, the diameter and number of orifice valve, the diameter of adjustable throttle and the amplitude and frequency of excitation, the influences of these parameters to output force characteristics were put forward. 摘要

在对某型无悬架车辆的振动特性进行研究的基础上,提出了一种新型阻尼可调油气悬架。在分析悬架工作原理的基础上,建立了悬架非线性数学模型和输出力特性模型。利用MATLAB/Simulink,通过调节蓄能器的初始压力和容积、节流孔阀的直径和数量、可调节流阀的直径以及激励的振幅和频率,分析了这些参数对输出力特性的影响。仿真结果表明,蓄能器初始压力不影响输出力的位移和速度特性曲线形状,也不影响悬架阻尼力,而节流孔阀、可调节流阀和激励对输出力特性影响较大,尤其是对回相影响较大。
