Several areas in which this combined microwave/digital technology is already being used or in which usage is proposed are discussed. Particular attention is given to the application of this combined technology to high-speed logic, measurement equipment, electronic countermeasures, computer-aided design, radars and adaptive systems, digital radio, and automated production testing.
