Then the tripping and closing circuit was analyzed in the paper with considering of uncontrollable rectifier bridge and time relay in the loop. Finally, the detection scheme for tripping and closing coil resistance based on the intelligent detection system was presented which can avoid disassembling the panel and coil of the circuit breaker and eliminate the interference of diode conduction voltage drop. The proposed method can achieve higher experimental accuracy. 摘要

介绍了一种适用于中低压断路器的智能检测系统的组成和结构。介绍了目前常用的常规检测方案,结合实际总结了其缺点和运行中存在的隐患。在此基础上,考虑了不可控整流桥和时间继电器的存在,对跳闸和合闸电路进行了分析。最后,提出了基于智能检测系统的跳闸和合闸线圈电阻检测方案,该方案既避免了断路器面板和线圈的拆卸,又消除了二极管导通压降的干扰。该方法可以达到较高的实验精度。通过现场实验验证了该方法的有效性。
