As a monthly supplement to Heroldo de Esperanto, 112 pages of volume 1 were published in Cologne between 1932 and 1935 until publication ceased due to the economical and political pressure in Nazi Germany. With its many discussions on esperantology the periodical is still of more than historical interest. Lingva Kritiko (Language Critique) was the first specialized periodical dedicated exclusively to 'Studies and Notes on Grammar, Dictionary and Style' of Esperanto.
