摘要

本文提出了世界上第一个在3G LTE和3G CS系统之间完整的语音呼叫切换方案。为了实现无缝切换,提出了一个强大的网络实体FW_MME。FW_MME的特性有助于减少切换业务中断时间;由此产生的语音呼叫切换性能也得到了提高。评估结果表明,FW_MME完全满足严格的业务中断时间要求(小于300 ms),而其他传统切换方案在语音呼叫切换上花费的时间是传统切换方案的两倍以上。
