To identify which of the dispatching rule provides the optimum result when all the performance measures are equally important, grey relational analysis is adopted to rank the dispatching rules. 摘要

研究了存在机械故障的装配作业车间系统的调度问题。本研究拟对装配作业车间生产系统中的调度规则进行排序。为此建立了装配车间的仿真模型,并将文献中的8条调度规则纳入仿真模型。本研究考虑的产品结构有单层装配结构、双层装配结构和三级装配结构。这些机器由于故障而无法使用。考虑了五个绩效指标进行分析。每个调度规则对每个性能指标的性能进行单独计算。为了确定在所有性能指标同等重要的情况下,哪条调度规则能提供最优的结果,采用灰色关联分析对调度规则进行排序。结果表明,对于单层多目标结构,最早完工时间规则的性能优于其他规则。
