目前，“双师型”教师胜任力的研究已成为中国教育界和管理界关注的热点。本文以我国高等职业教育为研究对象，运用“最佳证据”的方法，总结了“双师型”教师胜任力的研究进展。在借鉴国外教师胜任力研究的基础上，提出了我国高职教育教师胜任力“双师型”的研究趋势。
