摘要

微创新管理可以概括为三个方面:1、创新来源和创新主体;2、创新过程;3、创新增值。针对以上三个问题的不同答案，在创新管理的深入研究和实践中，出现了三阶段演进的概念。这三个阶段分别是“事件视图”、“过程视图”和“能力视图”。本文对这三种观点进行了理论研究和现实实践，得出“能力观”是创新管理的必然趋势的结论。
