Analysis of the results of health reform in the Nizhny Kama municipal area in Republic of Tatarstan (from the position of satisfaction of medical workers)

The article describes the results of the theory and methodology and evaluates the reform of municipal health care. The purpose of this article was to study and evaluate the results of the reform of the modernization of the healthcare system as one of the most important areas of social municipal policy. To obtain the results of the reform assessment a sociological study was carried out on the basis of an analysis of documents (the results of the tasks set in the Municipal Healthcare Modernization Program identifying the degree of provision of the population with qualified medical care), identifying the opinions of medical workers (that came with the reform) using a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate the ambiguity of the reform assessment. The results of the study indicate the need to find new approaches to the management of municipal health care. The article substantiates the hypothesis that only a comprehensive assessment of all influencing factors will make it possible to make the right managerial decisions when reforming healthcare, balance and smooth out negative influences, maintain and maybe even increase the existing level of medical care for the population of the municipality.
