Firstly, based on the results of load forecasting and high voltage substation planning, power supply meshes are generated in the entire planning area according to the principle of selecting standby substations close to loads. Then, based on the thinking line of “trunk firstly, branch then”, a shortest path based two-step algorithm is proposed to find the shortest trunk lines for the load centres of power supply meshes and the shortest trunk tie-line be-tween the load centres of each mesh. 摘要

:针对规划年内城市地区负荷点或用户接入设施位置难以确定的问题,提出了一种基于供电网的城市中压干线路由规划优化方法。首先,根据负荷预测结果和高压变电站规划结果,按照选择靠近负荷的备用变电站的原则,在整个规划区域内生成供电网;然后,基于“先中继线,再分路”的思路,提出了一种基于最短路径的两步算法,求出供电网格负载中心的最短中继线和各网格负载中心之间的最短中继线。数值算例表明,该方法切实可行,可为中压干线的合理布线方案提供参考。
