Fauziyah","doi":"10.24235/AMWAL.V10I2.3595","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Abstrak Perkembangan perbankan syariah saat ini sangat pesat sehingga persaingan dalam dunia perbankan sangat ketat. Manajemen perusahaan harus bekerja bersama-sama secara optimal untuk menghasilkan produk barang dan jasa yang berkualitas. Salah satu alat manajemen kualitas yang biasa digunakan adalah total quality manajemen. Total quality manajemen merupakan pendekatan yang digunakan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas secara sistematis dengan menggunakan banyak dimensi, penerapan total quality manajemen yang terencana dan terarah dapat meningkatkan produktifitas dan kinerja karyawan. Pada saat yang sama juga karyawan memerlukan balik jasa atas kinerja yang mereka kerjakan sebagai motivasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja yang disebut dengan sistem penghargaan. Sistem penghargaan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup karyawan dan membangun produktivitas kerja sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai dengan baik . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan total quality manajemen dan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Syariah Cabang Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu field research karena peneliti memperoleh informasi langsung dari responden melalui kuesioner/angket, serta observasi. Uji instrumen yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan realiabilitas, karena data berbentuk ordinal maka di transformasikan terlebih dahulu ke data interval. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis (uji t/parsial, uji f/simultan, dan uji determinasi). Berdasarkan pada hasil perhitungan F hitung sebesar 15,521 lebih besar dari F tabel sebesar 3,29 dan angka signifikan 0,000 yaitu <0,05 hal ini berarti H 0 ditolak dan H a diterima. Dengan demikian maka total quality manajemen dan sistem penghargaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Syariah Cabang Cirebon. The management of the company must work together optimally to produce quality products and services. One of the commonly used quality management tools is total quality management. Total quality management is the approach used by the company to improve quality systematically by using multiple dimensions, the planned and targeted implementation of total quality management can increase employee productivity and performance. Employee performance is an important element in the company because employee performance will determine the success of a company. In this competitive development, companies need high-achieving employees. At the same time, employees need to return services for the performance they are working on as a motivation to improve the quality of performance called the reward system. The reward system is expected to improve employee's welfare and build work productivity so that the company's goals can be achieved well This study aims to determine how the effect of total quality management, the influence of the reward system, and the effect of the implementation of total quality management and reward systems on employee performance of BNI Syariah Cirebon Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of research used is field research because researchers obtain information directly from respondents through questionnaires / questionnaires, as well as observations. The instrument test used is the validity and realiability test, because the data is ordinal, it is transformed first to interval data. Then the data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t / partial test, simultaneous f / test, and determination test). Based on the calculation results of Fcount of 15.521 is greater than Ftable of 3.29 and a significant number of 0.000 is <0.05, this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the total quality management variable (X1) and reward system (X2), together influence the employee performance variable (Y). Thus the total quality management and reward system have a significant effect on employee performance of BNI Syariah Cirebon Branch. Pengaruh Penerapan Total Quality Manajemen dan Sistem Penghargaan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
