The sample in this study consisted of academic community (educators and education staff) from 44 study programs in 5 state higher education institutions in the Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. The results showed that, there was a positive significant influence on quality leadership on organizational performance. In addition, there is a positive significant influence too on staff quality commitment to organizational performance through quality leadership. The Influence of Quality Leadership and Quality Commitment to Performance of Higher Education Institution
