摘要

为降低生产成本,规范公差设计,提高产品后盖合格率,建立了一种基于改进NSGA-II算法的公差组合多目标优化设计方案。以生产成本函数和质量损失函数为目标函数,采用精英策略和改进遗传变异因子的遗传算法对装配公差组合进行仿真优化,得到最优Pareto解集。公差组合结果表明,优化后的装配公差组合既降低了生产成本,又降低了质量损失成本。
