Such fault causal relationship is uncertain and cannot be described by traditional safety analysis methods. This paper extends the safety method based on fuzzy fault dependent matrix, expresses the fuzzy rate as a triple, and recommends using the worst estimated probability value as the availability estimate to ensure that the safety design can meet the requirement.
