Then, the result of the model is used to adjust the input value. Finally, the adjusted input value is used to re-measure the relative efficiency. Compared with the traditional DEA, this method eliminates the influence of random errors in the DEA model and the different external environmental factors in the port so as to make the measured efficiency more objective and accurate. 摘要
