摘要

2020年对个人、企业和事业单位都是新的挑战。2019冠状病毒病大流行迫使地方和全球各级改变思维方式、管理和行动方式,以克服财政、立法、程序或组织性质的障碍。商业环境所感受到的经济危机在2020年才开始,企业必须了解制定和实施与管理、人力资源、供应链、融资来源等相关的具体战略的必要性。本文旨在通过对罗马尼亚当前形势的分析,对危机期间的人力资源管理进行分析,提出企业内部人力资源有效管理的解决方案,以应对COVID-19产生的问题。最后,提出了支持人力资源专家在危机形势下开展活动的建议,特别是在COVID-19背景下,人力资源的流动性和互动受到限制。
