The purpose of this study was to determine the services provided by the Tour Leader PT. Al Hijaz, to evaluate the service of Tour Leader PT. Al Hijaz towards Umrah pilgrims. The findings of this study indicate that PT. Al Hijaz's Tour Leader service can effectively serve pilgrims from departure to return to Indonesia. In terms of service, Tour Leader PT. 摘要
服务是他人需要的一系列活动，目的是为了从服务中获益，并使被服务的人满意。PT. Al Hijaz提供的服务之一是领队。一次旅行的成功与否取决于领队为朝圣者提供的服务。本研究的目的是确定旅游团领队PT. Al Hijaz提供的服务，以评估旅游团领队PT. Al Hijaz对朝觐朝圣者的服务。本研究结果显示，海志旅行社导游服务能有效地为朝圣者提供从出发到返回印尼的服务。在服务方面，领队PT. Al Hijaz为朝觐者提供了满意的服务，因为它让朝觐者感到安全、舒适和快乐。
