The method used in this study is a quantitative method. In this method data collection uses a questionnaire technique and is distributed to all business actors. In statistical analysis the author uses the SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) version 25.0 for windows. From the data management carried out with the SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) version 25.0 program with a sample of 77 respondents. Then the R Square (determination) is 0.606 or 60.6% and the remaining 39.8% is the contribution of other variabels. For multiple regression values, = 1.358 + 0.369X1 + 0.233X2 + 0.392X3 and the F test with = 5% is obtained by the Fcount value of 39.896 and Ftable of 3.12 meaning Fcount > Ftable, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 摘要
本研究旨在确定价格、产品质量和地理位置对东雅加达Pramuka市场商业成功的影响。本研究采用的方法是定量方法。在这种方法中,数据收集使用问卷调查技术,并分发给所有业务参与者。在统计分析中,作者使用SPSS (statistical Package For the Social Science) 25.0版本。数据管理采用SPSS (Statistical Package For the Social Science) 25.0版程序进行,样本为77名受访者。则R平方(确定)为0.606或60.6%,其余39.8%为其他变量的贡献。对于多元回归值= 1.358 + 0.369X1 + 0.233X2 + 0.392X3, Fcount值为39.896,Ftable为3.12,即Fcount > Ftable,得到= 5%的F检验,则拒绝H0,接受Ha。这表明价格、产品质量和位置对商业成功有共同的影响。
