摘要

针对现有自动化加工设备有限周期带来的测试问题,本文以倒角装置为研究对象,利用虚拟现实技术开发了小型PLC半物理仿真系统。该系统包括PLC、虚拟通信模块和虚拟三维模型。以三菱FX5U系列PLC为上位机,利用编程控制三维模型。虚拟通信模块通过串行通信传输数据。虚拟三维模型作为下位机,通过接收到的数据驱动模型运动。仿真结果表明,该系统能够验证PLC程序的正确性,为自动化设备生产线提供了一种新的测试方法。
