Based in the CFD simulation results the heat transfer coefficients between the end-windings and the region of the cooling air and between the cooling air region and the end-cap were determined. The obtained results are validated with the results from the literature. 摘要

本文的主要目的是利用数值计算流体力学(CFD)建模方法分析和研究感应电机定子端部绕组的热效应。本文主要研究了末端绕组与端盖区域内冷却空气之间的换热现象。根据CFD模拟结果,确定了端部绕组与冷却空气区域之间以及冷却空气区域与端盖之间的换热系数。所得结果与文献结果进行了验证。计算得到的换热系数是利用集总参数热网络对感应电机进行更精确热分析的重要参数。

Modeling of Thermal Effects in Induction Machines due to the Stator End-Windings
