摘要

为满足航空电源应用中对高可靠性和高功率密度的要求,提出了一种新型组合变换器拓扑结构。采用双晶体管正激变换器模块在输入端交错,在输出端串联,具有输入电流自然共享、电压增益高、输入直流链路无直接短路现象、二侧二极管电压应力小、输入输出滤波器体积小等优点。该变换器非常适合大功率高压应用,并已成功应用于某航空供电系统,各项技术指标符合设计要求。
