Through on-site investigation, coal preparation equipment will inevitably come into contact with various materials during use, wear and tear, which is very easy to cause corrosion, and the longer the time, the more serious the corrosion situation and degree, which will lead to the gradual loss rate of equipment. As a result, corrosion protection technology needs to be taken into account when designing large industrial installations or equipment. Aiming at the characteristics of high-salt coal washing wastewater, a computer-aided design system for corrosion protection of coal preparation equipment is established in this paper, which is suitable for the actual situation of coal preparation plants. This system uses computer-aided technology to collect all corrosion data into the overall anti-rust computer for unified management and maintenance. In order to achieve effective data support for the anti-corrosion information system, it is necessary to establish a scientific data query system to meet the needs of information technology. The research results show that the computer-aided design system for corrosion protection of coal preparation equipment can design anti-corrosion schemes based on different types of corrosion data, and users can analyze the anti-corrosion schemes through the evaluation system, thereby determining the practicability of the system and scheme. 摘要

选煤厂的生产主要依靠设备。通过现场调查,选煤设备在使用过程中不可避免地会接触到各种物料,产生磨损,非常容易造成腐蚀,而且时间越长,腐蚀的情况和程度越严重,从而导致设备的损失率逐渐提高。因此,在设计大型工业装置或设备时,需要考虑到防腐技术。针对高盐洗煤废水的特点,建立了适合选煤厂实际情况的选煤设备防腐计算机辅助设计系统。本系统采用计算机辅助技术,将所有腐蚀数据采集到整体防锈计算机中进行统一管理和维护。为了实现对防腐信息系统的有效数据支持,有必要建立科学的数据查询系统,以满足信息化的需要。研究结果表明,选煤设备防腐计算机辅助设计系统可以根据不同类型的腐蚀数据设计防腐方案,用户可以通过评价系统对防腐方案进行分析,从而确定系统和方案的实用性。本系统应用的优点是可以防止各种复杂的腐蚀因素,延长选煤设备的使用寿命,为工作人员处理腐蚀数据和信息提供极大的便利,提高工作效率和经济效益。
