It introduces a method of obtaining individual objective function from group objective function, and verifies it by applying this method to cluster integration. Then, we focus on the design and implementation of a network public opinion prediction system based on the group intelligent emergence method, and analyze the group objective function and individual objective function suitable for the network public opinion prediction task, and also improve the calculation of individual objective function and the strategy of individual recommendation message according to the group evolution process. Through the evolution of the simulation group, several messages about the value of the simulation group are finally obtained.
