Dynamic tailoring of law related documents to user needs

In this paper we describe a system which allows for documents available on the World Wide Web to be dynamically tailored to meet the particular needs of different users. We describe the need for such a system, and the architecture of our system. We give details on some of the particular techniques used in our system.
