摘要

油田用梁式抽油机系统负荷轻、效率低,浪费了大量电能。为此,研究了矢量变频调速技术对油田电机的转速进行动态调节。这样就可以根据抽油机的负荷进行调整。通过调节电机转速,设计了抽油机系统的闭环控制器。提出了一种基于遗传算法优化的模糊微控制器抽油机系统的设计与实现。在Simulink中的仿真研究表明,该方法提高了速度控制的动态性和快速启动性能,有效抑制了超调,具有较强的适应性和较好的效果。
